How Often Should I Get My Home Windows Cleaned?

This depends on the location.  We have customers who live in particularly problematic areas and get their windows cleaned every two weeks, while others can get away with three or four times a year.  The best way to figure out what would be best for you is to have one of our managers come and take a look at your situation.

When You Clean My Home Windows, Will You Clean The Tracks As Well?

Each job for residential windows is different, but we can include the tracks, sills, and supports as part of our cleaning process.  Often times we can offer a better deal on these types of extra services if the customer is willing to look at a longer term arrangement.  The best way to find out what your options are is to have one of the managers come out and take a look at your home and create a no pressure bid.

How Much Does The Window Cleaning Service Cost?

Our cost depends on several factors.  The first is how close your home is located to an established cleaning route we already have.  The second is how many, how big, and how high from the ground are the windows that need to be cleaned.  Lastly, how often will we need to clean them.  We use this criteria for both residential and commercial window estimates but often our customers are shocked at how affordable our services really are.  Usually for less than the cost of a dinner out for a family, you can have clean windows all month long.

How Quickly Can You Get Here?  Same Day?

Yes, in some cases we certainly can come to your home or office on the same day, however, depending on your location, we may have to schedule the an appointment.  For either commercial or residential, the size of the job also will make a difference in our response time.  What we do promise is that we will get back to you promptly to learn about the scope of the work to be done and to let you know when to expect us.

Do I Have To Be There To Get An Estimate?

No, not at all.  If we are looking at a home, we ask that you put any pets inside and unlock the gates or fences that we may to open.  For a commercial location, let us know of any special consideration or issues of which we need to be aware.  We will email the bid to you with all the details once we have looked at property and follow up with you to get started.
