A. Make sure they are insured, bonded, and do carry worker's compensation. Things happen. Damaged windows or siding can cost lots of money. Check their rating on the BBB. Are they even rated? Are they on Angie's List? If so, what is their rating and how many actual reviews do they have?

A. A. What soap do we use?

It is a secret but we will say we use a professional grade cleaner that is tough on dirt, but safe for your plants, animals and home, and gets the job done. The real secret is in the squeegee blade itself.

A. We are not a small, hard to compete with mom and pop organization that scoots by under the radar hoping to not be seen because of lack of liability or worker's compensation insurance, lack of quality equipment, or equipment in disarray. We spend lots of money to maintain a professional reputation, completely legal business structure constantly consulting with professionals to make sure we are always ahead of the curve and competitive with those that also play fair. What many people do not know is window cleaning is a huge national industry with thousands of small and large companies nationwide with professional organizations and conventions held with the International Window Cleaning Association being most notable. The industry continues to evolve with equipment, patents, safety, and ideas.

Q. What is your greatest strength?
A. First, an amazing and impressive leadership team including Barry, the company's president; Christina, the company's vice president; and Jim, the company's CEO. The three of us make a great team and are a force for good, always looking for ways to improve and grow, while always striving to be the best at what we do. Read the book, Good to Great and you will get a better understanding of our company philosophy. Second, is our office staff and field supervisors. They work hard and are very good at what they do. They bring a positive attitude to the office which makes for a happy work environment. It shows when you call and talk to us. Every day is not an easy day, but the right people, in the right seats, on a moving bus always stays on course. And we do.
