     When I was 18 years old I moved from Indiana to the beaches of New Jersey. I applied for and found myself a job as a window washer. I learned everything I could about the window cleaning business and one year later after issues with my employer I decided to start my own company. Years later after successfully building that company I decided to sell it, pursue other business interests and eventually move to North Carolina.

     In 1996 I decided to venture back into the window cleaning business once again with new goals and aspirations. I started aggressively building the commercial storefront division and now as of 2011 we service 2,500 locations weekly, twice or once per month.

     In February of 2008 I started the new construction and low to midrise building division working with Commercial General Contractors, Builders, Commercial Cleaning Companies, Property Managers and today we clean dozens and dozens of new projects annually including new shopping centers, office parks, new Walmarts, medical buildings, new schools, churches, Charlotte Douglas Int'l Airport, Roush Racing, etc.

     Then in September of 2008 I started the Residential Division which besides Window Cleaning also includes House Washing, Gutter Polishing, Gutter Cleanout, Pressure Washing, etc. As of 2011 we are servicing almost 1,000 houses per year.

     I owe the success of the company to great employees, some of which have been with me for 10 years. I have a fantastic management team capable of running the company without my involvement, but I choose to be involved and work on a day to day basis thinking up new ideas, new markets, and how to better our customer service, quality of work and overall perception of the company. Clean sparkling windows is one thing, but an employee with a smile that really aims to please the customer is what I believe is the definition of what a true successful company is.

Barry - General Manager

Hello, I am Barry the General Manager for Squeegee Pros Window Cleaning. I have been with Squeegee Pros since 2005. I started as a route manager and now run the entire commercial side of the business. I manage a great team of 17 people. I most enjoy working with our customers on a daily basis. My customers know if there is ever a problem, I am just a phone call away. I take pride in my work and I train employees to do so as well. When I am not working I spend most of my time with my wife Christina, and our daughter Danielle who is very active with cheerleading and gymnastics. I am blessed to have a great job and a wonderful family. I would like to thank you for allowing us to serve you and take care of your window cleaning needs.          My name is Wes Pearson. I have been employed with Squeegee Pros since December of 2005. I was an Area Manager in the commercial division for 3 years. I also worked as a salesperson for a short period of time. I have been doing residential work at Squeegee Pros since 2008.

      I was born in 1969 in Oberlin, Ohio. My last two years of high school I attended Lorain County Joint Vocational School where I took up Technical Drafting. Upon graduation I began working at an engineering firm where I remained for 10 years. In 1997, I relocated to Brooklyn, NY to work as a volunteer at the Watchtower Bible and Tract Society. In July of 2005 I moved to Charlotte and married the love of my life.

Bill - Residential Technician

     I have worked with Squeegee Pros for more than three years as a commercial route manager and a back up residential technician primarily in the Charlotte and surrounding area. I have been a professional window cleaner for 23 years. My father taught me and got me my first part-time job as a window cleaner at age 13. I take pride in my work, with that said- at Squeegee Pros our main concern is to be sure our customers are 100% satisfied with our services. Our track record for customer service has been unmatched by anyone. All our technicians are professionals, I'm very proud to be a part of the Squeegee Pros team. My name is Mark Oden. I am 42 years old and have been a professional window cleaner for over 10 years.

I was born in Texas and relocated to Charlotte, NC with my wife and two teenage boys in 2009. I enjoy nature, fishing, family, drag racing & NASCAR.
