1. You will be interviewed by one of our management staff.

I enjoy working at Squeegee Pros because A Hard Day's Work does not go unrewarded. Management does not have unreasonable demands. They seem to treat employees fairly. There seems to be good camaraderie among the employees. The customers are happy when you arrive and if you do a good job they're happy when you leave as well. Tips! Some may shy away from doing residential work because they feel that customers will be overly demanding but I personally have not found that to be the case at all.   Wes

As the residential supervisor, there has always been an emphasis on creating a strong Residential Team! We work great together and always have each other's backs. The best part is that everyone on the team is willing to help on days your behind, and do things together like Fantasy Football while eating Pizza after everyone finished work for the day, basically we've become a family which is what I most enjoy about working here!    James
